At The Shopping Concierge, we scour New York City to bring you the best deals the city has to offer. From mega sales to the latest fashion collections, factory outlets to brands found only in the States, we’ll feature them all. With most brands already priced cheaper here, what you’ll be getting is real value. Consolidated shipments back to Singapore also mean that you save even more.
And if you fancy something that is not featured on our site, simply let us know and we’ll scout it out for you. Bags, clothes, shoes, baby stuff, tech toys, furniture, health supplements… pretty much anything really. And yes, even if that means queuing overnight for it!

Being consumers ourselves, we truly understand your concerns. Rest assured that all our products are purchased direct from the boutiques, department stores (such as Macy’s or Bloomingdales) &/or premium outlets in the USA.
For brand bags, you will be glad to know that our items come with original gift receipts and care cards. Dust bags and shopping bags will be provided where available. Gift boxes will be provided at a charge of S$5 each, and upon request only.

All prices quoted are nett and include standard international shipping, handling fees and local mail
Local registered mail is available at additional S$2.50 per item
Should an item you fancy be out-of-stock, feel free to email us for a pre-order (where possible)
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made, please allow approx 3-4 weeks for your shipment to reach you

We will process your order once the payment is in good order. A payment confirmation notice will also be provided during this time.
For Pre-ordered items, please note that:
A deposit of 50% of the entire order amount is required upon ordering
The outstanding 50% of the payment is to be paid within 3 days of the arrival of the item. We will notify you via email for this
If payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be considered null & void, and the deposit will be forfeited.
For ready stock items, please note that:
Full payment is to be made within 3 days of the order, or the order will be considered null and void.
The item will be shipped within 48hrs upon receipt of payment

Terms & Conditions
Unfortunately, we do not entertain any exchanges or cancellations after payment has been made. All sales are final. Refunds will only be in cases where the item is out-of-stock, or no longer available.
You can rest assured that we will take every care to ensure the products are thoroughly checked and in good order during each stage of packing. However, we will not be liable for the products once it leaves our hands, &/or for any loss or damages incurred during the shipping process.
All items (including dust bags, shopping bags and gift boxes) are subject to availability.
The Shopping Concierge also reserves the right to revise its pricing, products and terms & conditions without prior approval or notification.
